How to select a roast level:
Select Lighter Roast if you prefer: A bright, lively cup with citrus, floral, or berry notes. This roast level is the best option for a pour over or if you have a more adventurous palate.
Select Darker Roast if you prefer: A bold coffee with full body and texture along with bittersweet taste and creamy chocolate notes. This coffee will be the least acidic with a heavy mouthfeel and strong flavor.
You will occasionally receive a Medium Roast: A well-rounded flavor profile with medium acidity and body. This roast level will often have a deeper caramel sweetness of a longer roast with a more “traditional” overall experience.
