How Do I Update My Subscription Information?
Step 1: Click Manage Subscription from the Subscribe dropdown:

Step 2: Enter your email address associated with your subscription:

Step 3: You'll see this confirmation page. Go and check your inbox, keep in mind it might take up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive:

Step 4: Once the email arrives it looks like this. Click the button to login or copy/paste the link included. That will take you to your subscriptions page:

Step 5: On your subscriptions page you'll be able to see your account info and any current, past, or paused subscriptions. To update details on your current subscription click the "Show Details" link showing under the product details:

Step 6: You will see a variety of options for things to update. Click whichever dropdown, edit, and hit save to keep your changes.
For updating your payment information click the "Payment information" dropdown, then click the button "Change Payment Information":

Step 7: By clicking the "change payment" information above you will see this confirmation message and will be sent an email:

Step 8: In that email there will be a link. You will click link. If you have trouble with this hit reply on this email and we will be happy to help:

Step 9: The payment information screen looks something like this. Enter your preffered method, add in any of the necessary information and then hit update card at the bottom of the screen:

That's it! You've successfully updated your payment info and your coffee will continue to arrive on schedule to your doorstep!
