Spiritus began with two friends, Jason and Nick, roasting small batches in a Lombard kitchen because a careful cup can change a morning. Today the roastery lives inside the S.E.A.L. school, where seven student employees earn paychecks and twelve interns learn alongside our team; more than a thousand orders have gone out through their hands. Every bag is dated by hand on roast day, and 100% of Still Here proceeds fund local mental health care.
