The Origin Rotation follows a single coffee at a time: a specific farm, a specific harvest, roasted fresh and shipped within days. Right now the rotation runs Costa Rica Crisol, Guatemala Manos de Mujer, Honduras Marcala, and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Lucent, with new origins joining as they enter the roastery. You will always know the coffee in your bag, and you will always know it was chosen with care.
Some cycles, when the roast schedule allows, the rotation features one of our micro lots at no extra charge.

Finding Your Rhythm
The Daily Rotation ($18 a month) is for everyday drinking, a rotating blend that asks nothing of you but showing up. The Origin Rotation ($25 a month) narrows the focus, one named single origin at a time. Sip the Sacred ($30 a month) narrows further still, a rare micro lot that rotates monthly and disappears when it is gone.
