The Partnership
More Than a Job. A Path Forward.
Spiritus Coffee partners with the Adult Transition Program at the School of Expressive Arts and Learning (S.E.A.L.). This program serves young adults ages 18 to 22 with disabilities, preparing them for independent living and meaningful employment through hands on work experience.
Our Adult Transition students lead distribution operations from start to finish. They apply labels, pack orders, prepare shipments, and ensure every bag reaches our customers with care. This is real work with real responsibility, and they show up with consistency, pride, and capability.
Our investment returns directly to the school and the students it serves. Many S.E.A.L. graduates become permanent Spiritus team members. This is what community looks like.
