Spiritus Wholesale

We roast small batches in Lombard, Illinois, and we welcome the shops, cafes, offices, and gathering places that want to share that coffee with the people who walk through their doors. Every wholesale account becomes part of the same story we tell our home customers: coffee roasted with care, sold by people who still think about the cup in front of you.

How approval works

Wholesale ordering runs through a single account, not an open form. Here is what to expect.

1. Create an account and tell us about your business.
2. Our team reads every application by hand; nothing here is automatic.
3. Once approved, your account unlocks the wholesale catalog: current case pricing, minimum order, and delivery options, all in one place.

We keep this gate in place so the numbers stay accurate for the partners actually buying from us, and so every order comes from a business we have actually spoken with.

Minimum order

Wholesale orders carry a minimum of $100, and 12oz bags ship in cases of six. Full case pricing and current payment terms are shared once your account is approved, so every partner is working from the same, current catalog rather than a price sheet that may already be out of date.
