How does the subscription work?
There are three rotations, plus your own favorite bag. The Daily Rotation is everyday blends. The Origin Rotation follows one named single origin at a time. Sip the Sacred is a rare micro lot that rotates monthly and disappears when it is gone. If you already know the bag you reach for first, Subscribe and save takes a dollar off that one coffee directly, no rotation required. Choose your rhythm (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), and we roast after your order is placed, never off a shelf.
What is the difference between the three rotations?
The Daily Rotation draws from our everyday blends, for the drinker who wants dependable coffee without a second thought. The Origin Rotation narrows the focus to a single named farm and harvest each cycle, for the drinker who wants to know exactly where the coffee came from. Sip the Sacred narrows further still, a limited micro lot that comes and goes; when it is gone, the rotation moves to the next one. All three ship on the rhythm you choose.
Can every bag be subscribed to individually?
Not every single bag carries its own subscription option. Blends and the three rotation tiers subscribe directly. A specific favorite bag, where offered, uses Subscribe and save for a dollar off on your rhythm. Single origins arrive through The Origin Rotation, and micro lots through Sip the Sacred.
Can I pause or change my subscription?
Pause, skip, swap, or cancel anytime. Log in and manage everything from your account dashboard; no phone calls, no waiting.
How do I update my payment information?
We keep a step by step guide with images for updating your payment method and subscription details.
Where do you deliver?
We hand deliver free on orders of $35 or more across DuPage County, and we ship everywhere else in the United States. Subscribers get their coffee on their rhythm, days from the roast.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Your order triggers the roast, and the roast date is printed on every bag. Every coffee we sell is specialty grade, cupping 85 or higher.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. Choose the tier or the bag and the cadence, enter the recipient's address, and we handle the rest. A standing ritual makes a quiet, generous gift.
