Can I choose different coffees each time?
Yes. You can set a consistent selection or choose "Roaster's Choice" to explore our rotating offerings. You can also change your selection anytime from your account.
What if I am not home for delivery?
For local hand delivery, we will leave it in a safe spot (porch, etc.). For shipped orders, USPS will deliver as usual.
How do I pause or cancel?

Do you offer decaf subscriptions?
Yes. Our Colombia Sugarcane Decaf is available for subscription—same freshness promise, naturally decaffeinated.

What is the difference between your subscription and Trade/Atlas/etc.?
We are a single micro-roaster, not a marketplace. Every bag comes from our Lombard roastery, roasted by us, with our quality standards. You are getting direct relationship, not aggregation.
