Guatemala Antigua Los Volcanes

$23.00

Origin & Story

This microlot comes from a blend of Antigua valley estates and smallholders—all processed at the renowned Los Volcanes–CAMEC wet mill in Guatemala. Their central processing is backed by decades of precision—from compost to fermentation control—yielding consistent clarity and refined expression.

Process & Craft

Cherries are depulped upon arrival, then fermented for up to 72 hours in temperature‑controlled ceramic tanks, closely monitored by density, temperature, and sensory cues. After fermentation, beans are cleaned, graded, and dried under careful conditions.

Tasting Notes

Delicate yet vibrant—the cup reveals nectarine, tangerine, and chocolate syrup in harmony.

Roast & Brew Suggestions

Our light roast honors Antigua’s volcanic terroir—lifted acidity, crystalline fruit clarity, and a gentle sweetness come forward with soft charge heat, a restrained ramp, and clean finish.

Why We Love It

This is grounded elegance that doesn’t shout—balanced, expressive, and a humble showcase of refined craft. It’s a coffee for folks sharpening their palate and savoring nuance.
