Love this, has an interesting moderate raspberry flavour to it. Sweeter for a coffee. Bet it would be fantastic cold brew but I've only tried it hot.

You won't be disappointed and your friends, at dinner, when served a steaming hot press pot of fresh Prima Rubedo will snap their heads in your direction as you set it on the table. Don't ruin it with cream (dilutes its mystique) or sugar as it is both intense in flavor and mellow on the tongue; smooth and sophisticated. If a VS cognac was made from raspberries and came caffeinated, it would wear the Prima Rubedo label.
