If you’re looking for a perfect medium roast then look no further. I use a Chemex and can drink this black it is that smooth. I’m usually a dark roast person but this, wow. I have tried other local roasters and ordered freshly roasted beans and they simply do not compare. Spiritus Solace and their Aether are now a permanent staple in my home. Not to mention the customer service is next level.
