Refund Policy

Spiritus Coffee Co. wants you to love your coffee. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every bag we roast. If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at info@spirituscoffeeco.com or call (331) 241 6153 with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Subscription Orders

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. No phone calls required, no cancellation fees. If a subscription shipment arrives with an issue, the same satisfaction guarantee applies.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns of opened bags. Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us before shipping anything back so we can provide instructions.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non refundable. Gift cards do not expire and carry no fees.

Equipment and Merchandise

Drinkware, apparel, and brewing equipment may be returned in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Contact us for a return authorization before shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
