Spiritus Coffee Co. roasts fresh and ships fast. Here is everything you need to know about getting your coffee.
Free Local Hand Delivery
We offer free hand delivery throughout DuPage County and surrounding communities, including Lombard, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Elmhurst, Villa Park, Addison, Oak Park, and Hinsdale. No minimum order required.
Local deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days of roasting. Your coffee goes from our roaster to your door, delivered by our team (including students from the S.E.A.L. Adult Transition Program).
Nationwide Shipping
We ship throughout the United States via USPS. Orders are roasted fresh and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Free shipping on orders of 2 bags or more
- Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days
- Orders placed by 12 PM CT on roast days typically ship same day
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders follow the same shipping standards. Local subscribers receive free hand delivery. Nationwide subscribers receive free shipping on qualifying orders. Your subscription coffee is always roasted fresh before shipping.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Local delivery customers receive a notification when their coffee is out for delivery.

You can pick up your order at our Lombard location:

Pickup Hours: Tuesdays, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Weather and Delays
Chicago weather happens. During extreme heat or cold, we may adjust local delivery schedules to protect your coffee. We will notify you of any weather related delays.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no cost. Email info@spirituscoffeeco.com or call (331) 241 6153.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
