Sip the Sacred exists for those lots: the 90 plus point micro lots that pass through Spiritus once and do not come back, coffees like Wush Wush, Bolivia Reverie, Madagascar Halcyon, and Colombia Gesha.
Each month we choose one. Roasted fresh, shipped within days of roasting, and never repeated once the harvest is gone.
