The Story

Guatemala Manos de Mujer

From the 115 women producers of the Guaya'b cooperative in Huehuetenango. Fully washed, dried in the sun, certified fair trade and organic.

Manos de Mujer means women's hands. This lot comes from the Guaya'b Asociación Civil in Huehuetenango, where 115 women members grow, pick, and finish their own certified coffee through the Manos de Mujer program. Fair trade and organic, from seed to cup.

We roast it to a medium Full City, where the cup turns comfortable and layered: dark chocolate and hazelnut up front, vanilla through the middle, a thread of dried cherry at the finish.

Questions

Before you brew

What makes Antigua coffee special?

Volcanic soil, high altitude, and generations of growing expertise produce a cup of uncommon clarity: bright citrus, stone fruit, then milk chocolate sweetness.

Can I get it ground?

Yes. Choose whole bean, ground for drip, or ground for French press at checkout. Whole bean stays freshest longest.

How fresh will my coffee be?

We roast in small batches in Lombard, Illinois and ship shortly after roasting, so your bag arrives at its peak.
