WUSH WUSH COFFEE • Origin: Ethiopia, Oromia Region, Anasora Town • Producer: Mamush Kabtimer • Variety: Heirloom • Process: Natural with 96-hour dry fermentation (this is VERY unique—most are 24-48 hours) • Cupping Score: 90 points (our highest EVER) Tasting Notes • Sangria • Fruit Bomb • Floral
V60 Pour Over: 19g coffee to 300g water
Water Temp: 200-203°F (slightly cooler than usual)
Brew Time: 4:30-5:00 minutes
Pro tip: Pour over preferred. This coffee shines with a slower extraction. Let it cool slightly—the florals bloom beautifully as the temperature drops. Pour Over (V60/Chemex) • 28g coffee : 360g water • Grind: Medium • Water temp: 205°F • Time: 3:00-3:30
