A complimentary roast to when you want to enjoy something different in flavor profile to Aether. It is also extremely consistent in its flavor and finish from one bag to the next. A medium roast, it has a longer hold of flavor on your tongue, but it also finishes clean with only a lingering flavor for a mere two to three minutes. A richer, broader taste profile; enjoyable as you experience the spectrum of flavor.
